Liked Location was good. Check out was easy. Clean.

Disliked It was pretty basic for the price. a little overpriced, we thought. When we arrived, they immediately demanded cash - no cards. Fortunately we had cash, but just enough. They then proceeded to cancel the reservation on our behalf without us knowing or authorizing it. I sent a ‘WTF?!’ email to them and they said, “sorry, our system is down.” We were able to stay, but it was obvious they were canceling so they didn’t have to pay the fees to Booking. We saw them do the same to another couple just arriving who had no cash on them. Very stressful and pretty sure not per the rules set by Booking. Won’t stay here again.

Liked Good place. Clean room. pool and gym facilities very Good.

Liked I love the room, so comfortable for me and my mother. I can utilize the space, dining table freely and happy to stay again.

Disliked But I just feel very disappointed 😞 😞 😞 about the Booking.com system did not state the real price for the room. I book the room for rm160 that stated on the resit , final booking. But when I come they ask me to pay rm234.00 and make me feel so trouble. They ask me to pay and just complain to booking.com. so please after this make the receipt clear and finalize. Dont make people stress during vacation. And make trouble for us. Im very stress when the booking assistant ask for added money and he said that it's the price. The also ask for rm100 deposit, but it's never stated on the receipt or booking order. They told me to ask anything if I want to ask questions and complain to booking.com. so please state the real price and final price during booking. Or I will not use booking.com ever
