Disliked AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
My husband and I had a truly awful experience at this place. We had booked one night in a room on the 13th floor. The room was dirty, and there was a cockroach crawling on the bed. The man told us it was “ONLY ONE”. On top of that, the windows could not be closed.
And then things got even worse. The man showed us another supposedly “better” room, where there was a cockroach even on the door, and another one in the bed. The rooms looked as if they had not been cleaned in a year, and the bathroom smelled terrible.
We travel a lot, and this was only the second time in our lives that we had left accommodation without spending the night there.
We paid an absurdly high price for these conditions (around RM 160), and we never got our money back.
We booked a hostel instead, which was much cheaper, and it was absolutely spotless. :)
I strongly advise you to stay away from this place and not to be fooled by the positive reviews.

WATCH FOR HIDDEN FEES DURING PAYMENT
Disliked went to buy the property as a solo traveller and had the price jump from £65 up to £137 after payment was taken out and had no help from either residence contact on booking.com or whatsapp! if i had known this i would not have bought and was provided with no refund options!
on top of that, when you check in you need to give the concierge cash as a deposit but when i went to check out early (as planned), the concierge was asleep so i was not able to get my 50AUD back and he did not respond to my text messages - very bad service indeed!!
no wifi service when in the bathroom and you can hear lots of noise from outside the room!

Liked The flat was very nice very spacious and luminous
Had everything needed
Location was good not too central but easy to go everywhere with grab or LRT
Pool was cool
Would probably book again or recommend
Got confused at checkin, that was not really smooth, because I didn't see there was a deposit to give in cash but the staff helped with this.
Disliked The bathroom could have been cleaner
Other than that everything was nice
