Disliked Bidet was broken Sink wasn’t working properly No extra handles or hooks for hanging clothes in the washroom Washroom door can’t be locked

Liked I had a wonderful stay at Mana-Mana Suites @ Ceylonz KLCC. The room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was amazing, especially the KL Tower view! The location is also very convenient and close to many places in Kuala Lumpur. Everything was perfect during our stay, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to the Mana-Mana Suites team for the great experience. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

very disappointing, i left 3 nights early.

Liked the staff at the restaurant and bars in the building are the best part of this building

Disliked I can hear EVERYTHING from the room next to me, i was woken up at 6am with them having sex, again at 9am.... every cough, text message, you can hear everything as if you are in the same room, even when the staff come to clean the room after my neighbours left they are very loud and they must know i can hear every word. my room was also very grubby, and needs renovating. The wallpaper is peeling away, theres marks on the wall, my sofa was broken and sagging down, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows are too thick, there is not even a single place to hang a towel? the building is very very crowded, you have to wait ages for the elevators. i would instead walk down the stairs but its easy to get lost because not every floor is labelled, the swimming pool has about 4 sun loungers there is no chance of getting one.
