Liked Swimming pool, gym, nice and helpful staffs.
Disliked We don’t see any kitchen towel. They only have rain showers (which is not practical if you don’t want to wash your hair). For the bathroom there’s no hand towel.

Disliked The breakfast cost 60pp, and very limited options. not worth it for that money. The common areas was not airconditioned, even walking to reception or waiting for elevator was a chore! It was not known to us the multiple agents book this building, and it was a bit of nuisance to hear from the only reception"sorry we can't help you with a second access key" or " we are only the reception not the agent" I have to say the agent was very helpful, but it was an odd arrangement for a 4star hotel. Small things like the quality of toilet paper or tissues or the un-cleanliness of higher shelves showed a lack of care and made this place look a bit cheap. But we will be back next time. It was overal a great 5 day stay for us.
Liked Great location- walking distance to KLCC and Butik Bintang bars and restaurants. Great rooftop pool and gym. Amazing views from the apartment window over the city!
Disliked Staff never very friendly. Glad we didn’t have any issues as I don’t think they would have been helpful at all. Lifts are crazy busy - be prepared to wait a while to go anywhere. The apartment didn’t look as advertised, they were no where near as luxurious as they are made out. But for the price you cannot complain too much. The walls to the apartments are extremely thin. You can hear very clearly the entire conversation of the people in the room next to you or in our case a couple arguing until early hours! The small kitchen was so badly equipped that we were unable to use it other than to make a hot drink and put some bits in the fridge. Eg no knife to cut, no chopping board. There are many many rules that you have to follow regarding the pool, gym and the apartment that make you feel very unwelcome here. The pool only has 5 beds so whatever time you go you will never get one! It does have an onsite laundry service but quite often the lady isn’t there. One day we resorted to rummaging around the laundry room ourselves to find our clothes as she wasn’t there after we waited a long time and left the place unlocked in her absence.
Liked Very well located in KLCC, close to metro and major sights. Clean, good facilities.
Disliked Staff were unfriendly, bag storage on arrival cost money (which is usually free most places). Check in (even though the room was ready) cost money too. Wasn't able to pay by card, even though machine was there. Bathroom has no shower devider, so it's a wet mess. The rooms are clean but look worn
