Bad experience this Plush

Liked Nothing, i couldn't stay

Disliked Very disappointing experience. This hotel operates through multiple remote agents, and this particular operator manages only two rooms, which means there is no flexibility to change rooms if an issue arises. The room did not meet basic hygiene standards: stained bed sheets, a strong unpleasant smell, and visibly worn-out, old furniture. Around 7 p.m. there was no staff on site, and since there is only one cleaner working limited hours, no assistance or room change was possible. The WhatsApp assistant repeatedly apologized but took no real responsibility, offering neither a refund nor any practical help. I had to book another hotel for the remaining two nights at my own expense. I do not recommend this by Plush place

Disliked There was constant knocking sound from the AC, impossible to use at night if you want to sleep Window doesn’t open so we couldn’t get air that way either We rented two unites and both had cockroaches. The host’s solution was to leave a spray for us at reception - like we will do it ourselves without protection and in a space with very little ventilation One night the PA system turned on at 6am with very very loud club music In general, there was a moldy smell and the property was in need of a proper clean

Liked The view, both KL tower and Petronas twin tower is infront of our room…. It’s really beyond dream come true.

Disliked Refrigerator performance is bad and they don’t provide stove, so difficult to stay with small babies

Spectacular view from the 33rd floor. Great gym and pool (for lounging, only 20 metres, so no laps)

Liked Great location. Everything was prepared for my arrival. Host was extremely responsive to all issues which is important if things should go sideways.

Disliked Provide just 2 pillows for a Queen bed which was thin and over used. Found cockroach in cupboard. The deposit was way to high.
