Clean, comfortable, and great value for money
Liked The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We had two very large suitcases and various hand luggage bags, and there was plenty of room for us both to move around even with all of the bags open on the floor for packing/unpacking. We had a great view over the city and 118 tower. The bed was very comfortable. We have commented about the lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels after previous stays, and it's great to see that these have been added. The facilities team were contactable via WhatsApp all through our stay and were very responsive. Our bathroom light wasn't working when we arrived. We messaged the facilities team and they had it fixed by the time we got back from dinner. The location is great - a short walk from Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor.
Disliked There were several times during our stay when we would be waiting for the lift and watch it skip our floor. Other guests also commented on the same issue. It was particularly frustrating when one of the lifts was out of order so the remaining lifts were more in demand. The fixed price breakfast at the 7th floor café is ok value if you are having cooked food but, if you only want cold breakfast, it doesn't offer enough items to justify the price.

Good value for money with a great view!
Liked The view of the city skyline from the pool area and our room was incredible.
Disliked The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the room next door.

Two Sleepless Nights and a Very Disappointing Experience

Disliked Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We stayed for two nights and were unable to properly sleep on either of them. The soundproofing is extremely poor — the walls literally feel paper-thin, and you can clearly hear conversations, voices and noise from the neighbouring rooms. On the first night, after travelling for more than 20 hours, we were kept awake by guests in the room next door. At around 2 a.m., we had to go down to reception and ask for help. A staff member spoke to them, but the problem was not resolved. Even worse, after being warned by the hotel, those guests came to our door and rang our doorbell, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. We asked to change rooms, but were told that no other rooms were available, so we had no choice but to return to the same room. We barely slept at all that night. The following morning, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second night was no better. Once again, we could hear everything from the neighbouring room, this time a couple arguing and shouting. After our experience the previous night and the lack of an effective solution, we did not eve
