Disliked The AC was dripping water throughout my entire stay. The windows were extremely dirty, and the sheets were also unclean. Moreover, there were mosquitoes in the room. The pictures of the room were not accurate and did not reflect its actual condition. The Wi-Fi did not work throughout my entire stay, and the TV was also not functioning. The blinds did not go down which made the sleep really bad as well.

Liked Ac not working and change room still not working and again another property on booking.com where all in WhatsApp and no real human and person in reception ask you to WhatsApp because they are not real reception they just manage key from 100s of different WhatsApp people who manage this property

Worst and simple waste

Liked The view from the room was nice

Disliked It was a very bad experience for me. The aircorn was’nt cooling and the water was driping from the aircorn. I did contact the person in charge but he responded to me after 5 hours . During my resting hours someone came and calling us he wanted to repair the aircorn . It is realy spoiled my mood during my resting time . And I requested to clean the room earlier but what i heard was there is no cleaning service for 2 days stay. It is really worst. I have never heard this before in any of my stay cation. Atleast can provide towels for 2 days stay. Not worth of paying almost rm350 for 2 days stay. Really disappointed and regretted to choose this place. Definitely will not recommend this place to others. And i Have a video proof of the aircorn dripping.
