Disliked Possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, check in is through WhatsApp and it took over an hour to get the keys even after messaging back and forth all day, then we got put in the wrong room and the rooms themselves have leaking air conditioning and paper thin walls can hear every conversation next door like in the room with them Also the elevators are always very crowded and slow Can’t recommend a different hotel enough, seriously avoid this one Checking in was by far the worst experience of them all especially being late at night

It was an unpleasant stay where I have to wait 1.5 hours just to check-in and some other issues.

Liked The view was great.

Disliked The staff was very irresponsible. I waited 1.5 hours to get my key for check-in. The staff don't really know what to do when they gave me the wrong key and made me wait. Whenever other issues came out, the staff will just say I don't know and expect the things to be resolved by itself. If you don't know how to solve the issues like keys and so on, my advise to the owner is don't operate airbnb at your apartment.

Liked Great place in the city center. Price was relatively low. Shared services of the house (pool, bar, garden, …) were cool.

Disliked Towels were not changed. Toilet paper was not refilled. There were cockroaches in the room. Personal was helpful but everything including check-in was complicated and not transparent. There is no cooperation with reception in the lobby. Every try for communication is done by WhatsApp and usually you need to contact several people one by one on your own until you reach the one that is present in the building or close to it. During the stay, the electronic lock broke (seeing the other references, this has been happening regularly for a long time).

Disliked Bedbugs, the owner knew it and stills renting. Unit 3002. Also a dual key very noisy. The Bedbugs infection is serious enough to closure the whole building.
