Liked Very nice pool looking over KL and enjoyed the gym. It was nice being close to China town
Disliked Our room was very damp and the floor was water damaged. Didn’t feel very clean inside. The lifts were very busy with lots of guests and the pool also. Not a relaxing stay because of this

Liked Amazing and beautiful view. The location is very convenient to go to most famous places.
Disliked They put the strict minimum in the room. No napkins for instance. Similar ads showed better options (Business suit ..) for the same price just two days before arriving. I find it unfair to those who booked much earlier to pay more or same money compared to much and way better options

Liked Clean and convieniant mini mart in foyer.
Disliked Lifts can take up to 10 minutes when busy. Water filter in room was not working.
