Frustrating check in experience

Liked Booked the room for a friend. Got notification that check in time at 3 pm. My friend arrived there before 3 and waited. So at 3 sent the messages to the help desk no reply. Frustrating. Calls not getting thru. Close to 4 only managed to get the key. And on booking the invoice showed as 80+. Credit card was charged 120+. They claimed that it was cleaning fee which was never stated anywhere, or shown prior to the booking. By the way process to get the key is quite cumbersome. They have no physical reception unlike other operators in the same building. I will never book again via Homebricks.
