Not comply to the 24 hrs service

Liked The hotel is not located at a convenient place as the aircond has a very low air flow where also not 24 hrs service that I have missed my ferry at 7am that I can't check out at 6-6.30 whisk I loss RM 54 as this i definitely will not recommend to any people to this hotel please amend the rules so it will ease people's transport and pleasant stay but for me I was disappointed by the way it goes.

Liked room ok. service ok. cleanliness ok. just the location quite confusing either pantai tengah or pantai cenang. driver always confused to pick up,

Liked Ground floor room Aircond, ceiling fan water heater functioned perfectly Breakfast starts at 7.30pm Good spread of local dishes, cereal and toast Love that they have coway water dispenser
