Utterly enjoyable and totally satisfied. Five-star plus!
Liked The genuine warmth, friendliness and hospitality of the staff, especially Siva (a real gem of a staff - first class), Izwan (waiter) and Sree (front office).
Disliked The fact that Casa Dela Rosa will be closing down for renovations on 1 August 2025 and that the four superb suites are no longer available (dismantled to be replaced by smaller rooms after renovation). And the name change of the hotel.
