Disliked I am very disappointed with my experience at this property. Before our arrival, the hotel failed to set up the door access code. We spent about 30 minutes trying to unlock the door ourselves, and then had to wait another 20 minutes for a staff member to arrive. In the end, we were only told that the password had not been set up. This delay wasted nearly an hour of our time, especially after a long journey. The room was also very different from what was advertised. It was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and was not suitable for a family with a young child. The room had very poor ventilation because it is located inside a shop lot with an additional roof outside, so there was almost no fresh air or natural breeze. In addition, the bedsheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were heavily wrinkled, making the room feel unclean and unprepared for new guests. Due to these issues, we decided to book another hotel on the same day at our own expense. We did not request a refund for the first night, but we asked for a refund for the unused second night. Unfortunately, our request was rejected, even though we did not stay for the second night. I believe this situation was caused

Liked The location. And disposal towels. Mantainace staff were good.

Disliked Very basic , alot of noise (windows not soundproof). Toilet is very tiny. Small rooms small sofa. Customer Service staff not attentive and not friendly.

Disliked Walking on the living room when our leg it's wet is very slippery, I think you should switch to a different brand of floor cleaner.
