Just the location is good and if you want to stay here stay at other 2BHK flats they are good.

Liked Location is good

Disliked Minimum furniture only and not clean at all, water leakage in the bedroom, no water filter in kitchen, kitchen utilities not in good condition at all, balcony door doesn’t close properly upstairs, washrooms were not clean.
