Liked Tried to call them,emailed,since last year, through booking as well no answer until 2 days before check in, then they responded with a different phone no. How could the host can be uncontactable?if u have something , can u imagine how difficult to dealt with them and ended up I don't event check in.So, irresponsible and so not helpful.

Disliked The sofa in the living room which I think it is not a major issue but if they have big comfy sofa will be more outstanding and comfortable for family to hangout

Liked The staff provided efficient assistance with the check-in process. The location offers ample parking and is situated within a private residential area, without a gated security presence. Furthermore, the accommodations feature comfortable bedding and well-maintained restroom facilities.

Disliked The living room area appears to be somewhat compact. The television in the common area, where guests congregate, was non-functional; ideally, it would have been operational. Furthermore, the kitchen faucets exhibit partial damage, necessitating repair by the property owner. Upon arrival, a sink blockage was discovered, preventing water drainage. The staff member was contacted and promptly arranged for the maintenance personnel to address the issue, and the individual was notably helpful.
