Liked Its was great, good value and good location. Clean and spacious rooms.

Disliked Only thing i didnt like was we couldn’t find the location. The name is different from the actual hotel its self and you cant find it on google maps. When we called they also couldnt find my booking as they have several locations. Eventually found it and i told them the issue

Disliked Floor very slippery luckily nothing happened, not quite clean, parking so difficult and need to pay first before hotel activated the designated parking at Level 9. When we asked hotel to take care the parking issue, pay first later reimbursed. Got confused with the hotel name because sharing with residential services apartment and the worst case scenario was the hotline service never pickup phone
