Bukit Bintang KLCC Binjai 8 Premium Soho Apartment by Sarah's Lodge

I appreciated the convenient location near LRT stations and attractions, and the friendly, helpful security staff.

Liked Close to LRT stations and nearby attractions. Security staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked The property shows its age, but overall my stay was decent

Location great.Apartment below expectations

Liked Location near KLCC and building with pool and nice restaurant just downstairs were great.

Disliked The rooms shown on booking.com are only partially the rooms you get. And then you get the not so nice rooms of the ones shown. The nicer ones are in fact another apartment that seems not to be for rent. There were no bedlinnens for all guests, not enough towels, no toilet paper, etc. Stains on wall.

Liked Strategic location near to MRT and KLCC

Superb

Clean and tidy unit, next to KLCC

Liked Unit was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Location was the best, next to KLCC and all the city centre excitement.

Disliked Check in instructions were not clear, we were told to call a person for check in but he didn't answer his phone. The security station was very helpful in the end. The aircon in the unit was not cold, it could not be adjusted and was 25c the whole night.

Good
