Liked One of the Receptionist is very rude screams and shouts at customer after accusing customer for stealing key card. Acts like she is the warden who doesn’t realise she is in working in the service line. Lazy in general just sitting down playing with her phone and once need to work and resolve issues then gives dirty face to customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Liked Location is good. But the noise level and availability of parking are unacceptable

Liked Water pressure could be improved as it was low and the room cleaning service could’ve been more efficient, I left my room before the last call of cleaning and on some days no cleaning was done. However the room is great for solo travelers, would highly recommend

Liked Value for money. The only downside were the wild birds making noise at 3 in the morning. Information for RM 100 deposit should have been made known. Otherwise hotel is good.
