Disliked 1)The process for check in is very poor, reached residence at 530pm was only able to enter the property at 7+pm.. No compensation was offered 2)the pool is too crowded 3)additional room deposit that was not return as per agreement 4)cabinet door in the toilet was spoilt, it suddenly fell off and nearly hit my son's leg 5)info on wifi password was not accurate, please check if its lower case/upper case. Customer experience is important. 6)the lock at the mailbox was not working well already rusty.. Numbers cant be dialed. Suggest to replaced it. The instruction on how to operate the lock was also not that clear. Should have mention after key in the password to turn the dial left of right to open and lock the mailbox?
