It suited my needs for an overnight stay due to flight next day. Excellent staff and very clean.

Liked The staff were great! It had everything I needed for an overnight stay convenient to the airport.

Disliked No shampoo or conditioner.

Disliked I always stay at this hotel the night before flying out of Kuala Lumpur. I choose a small room, but it has excellent Aircon, a comfy bed, and excellent staff

Liked The location is perfect close to the airport with an available airport shuttle for a small fee. It's clean and provides everything needed for a quick stay. There are plenty of restaurants and stores next to it.

Disliked It is ridiculously overpriced for a building whose interior looks like a prison. There are so many better options near the airport, I don't understand why the reviews here are good. The staff told me their airport shuttle is running all night -- NO ONE told me I needed to reserve it in advance. When I arrived at 1 AM and there was no shuttle, they told me to take Grab. But no Grab drivers are available at the airport late at night so I took an airport taxi. Do not rely on the staff for any useful information.
