Liked Staff very helpful, nice location

Disliked I saw a bed bug on day 2, very alive and full of blood. Also, my bedroom floor hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, the room is so small that it would take less than 10 seconds to do, and yet there was a big amount of hairs that weren't mine and they stuck to my plastic bags. It would also be nice to have wifi at all times, without having to ask every time. The bed was very curvy, so I slept on the bed spread for extra cushioning

Liked The location is near the Jamia Masjid and the metro is nearby connect all across KL. The staff is awesome very helpful and welcoming.

Disliked The rooms were a bit too congested
