Bohok Guest House

Zeer tegen gevallen

Liked Dit was dus helemaal niets, erg gehorig zeer slecht gelegen langs drukke weg. Smerige kamers, kortom waardeloos.

Poor Management of Guest house

Liked Our room reserved months ago was not available on arrival. Instead of one family room, we were given 2 separate rooms. This posed inconvenience as we have shared items e.g. hair dryer. And one of the rooms was not ready. we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The hostess was quite rude at first, only changed her attitude when I spoke BM. One of the rooms was poorly maintained - not even a hook or hanger on the wall to hang up clothes, no table, no chair. A sheet of paper was pasted over the space where an exhaust fan used to be fixed in the toilet. Paint work and the towel bar was coming off. The window blind was cut of some plastic sheet. The phone contact was not updated on the website and also outside the premise.
