Disliked - leaky and moldy air conditioner (see photos) - construction side nearby - room wasn't ready at time - cheaply repainted room - traces of mold everywhere - hairs on a bed linen (not mine) - strange smell in bathroom - dusty room fan - dusty and noisy bathroom fan

Location is good but that’s all

Liked The location if very good, a light walk to the pavillion but that is about al the likings The apartment is high floor so it’s decently quiet

Disliked The apartment is located in the infamous for pests ceylon area so we had cockroaches from day 1. The only solution provided was a bug spray (we also bought one) so we had to use the spray and stay outside for a couple of hours to not inhale all the toxic chemicals. Repeat every night ….
