Disliked since its a private property, some staff we ware not instructed for. 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom was worthless staying for 9 nights. no area to spread washed clothes, i had to spear 2 pants and a towel after swimming in a corridor and the management fined us 200 MYR with no instructions signage in all floors. since customer satisfaction worth nothing. over all, its the first and last time booking at this horrible building.

Great location and room with a lot of space.

Liked Host let me drop off my bags early which was greatly appreciated. Room was huge and comfortable and in easy walking distance of everything. The facilities were good too, if you have kids it’s very kid friendly.

Disliked I saw a mouse on the ground floor. I notified the host but never even got an acknowledgment. I understand the host doesn’t control the whole building but not even a message to say building management was notified. I had sent him video of the mouse as evidence. My room also faced out onto the pool area, however there is a building that lights up outside the window. The block out curtains blocked it but if you don’t like that, just an FYI.
