Bernard Holiday Home @ Imperial Suites Kuching

Good location but the facilities need better maintenance. Not recommended.

Liked The location is great, close to everything we needed.

Disliked The toilet was dirty, there was no water heater and the water was very cold. The sink was also blocked, which made it inconvenient.

Spacious apartment

Liked The apartment is excellent for family, the place is spacious and clean and the owner and staff are friendly and responsive. The location is good if you have a car. The WiFi didn't work when we checked in and the owner came to sort it out, that was appreciated

Disliked Shower gel was provided but not shampoo.

Liked It was huge! All the bedrooms were really comfortable and having two showers and the washing machine was great. Easy access to the pool and to shopping mall.
