overall i really enjoyed my stay! the process to check in and check out was smooth and easy. the apartment was spacious

Liked the apartment suite is connected to a mall and it is nearby to the airport (15-20 mins)

Disliked not the apartment itself but the imperial suite doesnt have its own space for car waiting especially grab so we needed to be ready outside for grab/taxi and few drivers get confused which route to enter so ended up have to walk further a bit (its fine for me, not for elderly who has difficulty of walking quick)

next time can u upgrade towel.cos the towel waterproof haha

Liked The location above mall is plus points. It also very large and comfortable. Very clean. The air conditioning is super cool. They have large refrigerator and complete cooking utensils and appliances. They have washing machine and dryer. It is convenient for long stay traveller like us. PThe staff is friendly. They allow us to check in bit early. However, they reminds u to check out as early as 11.45am. It's understandable as they need to clean up for other guests.

Disliked The toilet is only have bidet, make it hard for me to wash my kids after using the toilet. The toilet floor is slippery and constant wet from the uneven toilet floor.
