Beautiful Seaview Suites at The Shore Kota Kinabalu

Disliked Very disappointed with the overall experience. The unit had a serious cockroach problem, with so many tiny cockroaches all over the house, we were disappointed that the only solution offered was for us to stay one night. There were also other issues, including a bathroom door that could not be locked, a worm on the bathroom floor, and the unit being generally dusty. Most disappointing was the lack of response from the host after we raised these concerns. For the amount paid, we expected much better cleanliness and service. We hope the host takes these issues seriously and improves the experience for future guests.

Liked Lift only the problem waiting so much time

Just opposite the Pasar besar KK & fish market.Next door is KK plaza.

Liked The water dispenser , washing /dryer machine , microwave , kettle & cooking stove is very covenient for our 4 days stay. We can buy seafoods & cook in the apartment. Swimming pool is such a good place to chill in hot weather. Short walk to KK water front.

Disliked No hanger in bathroom. Body/hair shampoo may be can replace more good quality.

Liked guidances on how to check in and check out. the place is clean, amenities provided. i love the sofa bed in the unit. the ones who manages the property is very helpful and friendly. would love to check in again in the future.

Small adjustment that can make BIG impacts.

Liked I stayed at A-13-08 The Shore Good tv Great view Comfy beds Good to have the water dispenser. Multiple sets of toothbrush and toothpaste Would love to have some carpets in the unit as it will be not too cold on feet when using aircond.

Disliked Small adjustment which can give BIG impact on customers. 1. Regularly clean/service your air-conditioner. 2. Change bathroom mat to something that can absorb water properly. 3. Fix one of your lights on dining table. 4. Polish tiles which have been stained or scratched. 5. Repaint or touch up some parts of the walls. 6. Bathroom can be smelly after shower. 7. Elevator waiting time.. oh well
