Disliked I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced on 8 August 2026 at approximately 4:00 PM. To begin with, there was a complete lack of proper assistance at the lobby during check-in, which reflects a significant failure in basic guest service standards. This created unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. More concerning, however, was the unacceptable behavior of the lobby security personnel. His manner of speaking to guests was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate in a hospitality environment and should not be tolerated under any circumstances. Furthermore, I was deeply disturbed by the conduct of the security staff at the rooftop pool area. It was clearly observed that foreign guests were treated more favorably, while Malaysian guests were treated differently. This discriminatory behavior is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. All guests should be treated with equal respect regardless of nationality. This experience has left a very negative impression, and it is far below the standards expected of your establishment. I strongly urge management to take immediate action, including investigating this incident and providing proper training to staff to ensure respectful, professional, and non-discriminatory service at all times. I expect a prompt response addressing this matter seriously.

Liked Best sangat, selesa, bersih, lengkap, berbaloi. Katil 2 kat bilik, 1 kat hall + 1 sofa bed. 2 extra tilam. Bawa extra toto xguna pun. Extra bantal, selimut disediakan. Ada netflix, peralatan masak, makan, sabun, syampoo. view cantik sgt. Full aircond, 2 parking free. Extension pun disediakan, mesin basuh, sabun, ampai, balkoni, tuala. Rumah sgt luas. Berbaloi2 sesuai untuk family ramai. Sangat selesa, luas dan affordable price. Ala2 kondo/hotel T20.

Disliked Tak ada coway/cuckoo. Aircond bilik lagi best kalau extra sejuk. Sekarang sejuk, tp lagi sejuk better. Kipas hall slow (tp ada aircond).

Liked It was hassle to register at the guard house, then to the locker & scanning 2 entrance before got to the locker. Checking out was too early, we were told have to check out before 1130am. Ridiculous and not fair.
