This is my second time booking here, while I appreciate the service, I was unfortunately disappointed with the second unit compared to my previous experience. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration for future improvement.

Liked The appartment was good and perfect for a family of four. The swimming pool is great with super nice views, perfect for a rest after a day in the town. Although is not in the city center, it's just 15 minutes by Grab. Grab are allowed to pick you at the lobby, so it's very easy to move.

Disliked Communication with manager was very poor. The phone number listed in Booking is incorrect and no one contacted me, I had to contact them first. Once I was able to contact them they requested a diposit to get the codes, which I couldn't make because the information provided was not enough to proceed with an international transfer. They didn't send me the check-in codes until few hours before arrival, and only after I repeatedly asked for them. The situation caused us a lot of stress, as we were at the airport with two kids.
