Disliked The remote control for the auto gate malfunctioned on the first day of our stay. However, the agent dismissed the issue, claiming the car was parked too close to the gate sensor, preventing it from closing. Even after adjusting the car’s position, the gate still wouldn’t close. Exhausted after returning from work, we decided to leave the gate open for the night. Next day we went out to work, and the owner, who lives nearby, came and closed the gate without informing us. After returning the airbnb, we found the gate is closed, and called the agent about the situation and we received a new remote from the owner, but our other group members, unaware of the exchange, assumed the remote was still faulty. They left for work without bringing the key, as they were the last to leave the house. When we returned late at night, we found the gate closed again. We suspected the owner had come by and closed it without checking if anyone was inside. The agent offered no help and insisted we had already taken the new remote and were responsible for closing the gate.
