Disliked ⭐ Review for BBBC Residence Absolutely unacceptable experience. I paid RM300 per night to stay here with my wife for our anniversary, expecting comfort and basic hospitality. Instead, the air-conditioning in the room was not working, which is completely unacceptable for a place charging this amount. When I informed the staff and politely asked for a room change, the staff member was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The worst part is that he actually told me to go out at midnight around 1am, rather than solving the problem. This is not how paying guests should ever be treated, especially during a special occasion. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and not worth the money at all. I strongly do not recommend this place.

SCAAAAAM!!! DON'T COME HERE!

Disliked SCAAAAAM!!! DON'T COME HERE! THEY DOUBLE THE PRICE, HIDING ALL THE TAXES AND OTHER COSTS. When we talked with the agent about our disappointment, we were going down with the lift, and the agent drove us on the wrong floor without telling us that without the key he had, we didn't be able to go out. So we had to wait for the security man coming to exit. BLAME ON YOU!
