Liked Location was good.

Disliked Apartment was not clean enough. Amenities were so old. Sofa sets in the drawing room were do bad. Belcony was not cleaned

Disliked The charges for parking, we are the customer and we oaid for the house and also they charged too for the parking RM75 its too over and expensive. And also the surrounding of the house is very bad. Whoever wanna doing a small party or get2gather please this is not suitable place for it...too much of complaints from the neighbours its very disgusting.

Sorry but smelly, dirty n dusty all over

Disliked We was resting at the hall after reach there, suddenly smelled a very bad smell like bau hapak..Carpet n bedsheet smelly..dirty floor feel like sand all over. I sneezed many times because allergic of dust Please concern about customer health n clean up properly
