NO WATER HEATER BUT CHEAPER

Disliked no water heater. if you fussy about water heater dont stay here.

Acceptable for group traveler, but room for improvement for cleanliness.

Liked Good location, generally ok in terms of value for money for the price. Staff quite responsive and accommodating to requests.

Disliked 1. Bed sheets not clean (multiple stains) 2. No hot water in almost all the bathrooms (only one master bedroom has hot water in the toilet)

Fantastic penthouse for groups of friends and parties. Private and quiet with great ocean views.

Liked Quiet and privacy, super comfortable large living spaces. Great for hosting friends and having dinner. Great views of the ocean from each room.

Disliked Could use more bath mats and soap/shampoo. If possible, host to have mop/bucket/broom available to wipe up the food and drink spills from messy children. But all minor, compared the great value
