Disliked I booked for a ground floor apartment. They gave me a level 18 apartment. Shower drain was clogged. 1 toilet doorknob was not working. whole apartment was dusty. a puddle of water in the living room. Bad

Disliked admin takde. tak tahu kenapa. kalau takde admin please jangan buka untuk booking di booking.com menunggu dekat satu jam untuk staff hantar kunci. masuk bilik, tuala mandi takde. kena tunggu staff hantar.. bila dah hantar. tuala pun koyak. pintu toilet pun dah rosak. hmm saya dua kali check in di unit yang lain. tak pernah kena mcm ni.. memang puas hati.. tapi unit yg kemarin tu memang saya dan keluarga tak berpuas hati.. dan tolong pastikan keadaan tempat bersih. tuala pastikan bukan yg lama dan koyak. harga memang tak berbaloi dengan apa yg jadi..

Liked The location was convenient and offered a pleasant view.

Disliked The enforcement of the pool dress code was inconsistent; my brother was allowed to swim in appropriate swimwear one day, but was unfairly restricted from doing so the next day despite wearing proper gear.

Clean facilities and great location but the services need to be improved

Disliked That there is no towel and toiieteries provided for other guests

It’s not worth the price.
