Pleasant

Not too bad.

Liked Overall clean and many utilities.

Disliked Towel is too thin and not really clean. Smelly a bit also. Should use thicker and better towel and wash thoroughly instead of spray many perfume. Got 2 suspicious looking person sneak in and follow us to our floor without access card. Luckily nothing happen. Security must be improved.

Very good
