Disliked Very disappointing experience with HomeBricks. The unit was not properly maintained — the bed was broken, the toilet couldn’t flush, and even the bedsheets provided had visible stains. These are basic standards that should have been ensured before handing over the property. Communication was also extremely poor. They respond quickly when it comes to collecting payment or deposit, but are very slow when it comes to addressing issues or providing support. On top of that, the deposit return process has been frustratingly slow. Overall, unprofessional service and lack of responsibility. Would not recommend.
