Disliked 1.) Arrived at 3.04pm, and waited 15 mins for the key person to handover the key, 2.) The Shower hose is spoiled seal with black plaster, the water split when use 3) The oven got foods left over by the earlier stay person, smell like a burn when we want to heat up our bread. 4) The Stove can't function. 5) The bed seems like old. sound spring 6)Sofa also very dirty and old.

Very disappointing – serious cleanliness and hygiene issues

Disliked Unfortunately, my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The apartment was not in an acceptable condition when I arrived, particularly from a basic cleanliness and hygiene perspective. The bedding had hair, stains and a noticeable human/body odour, making me uncomfortable using the bed. The toilet was dirty and there were urine stains and an unpleasant urine smell in the bathroom. There was also hair around the shower drain, dirty soap and watered-down handwash. The kitchen and utensils were also not properly clean, with dust/grease, dirty cutlery and old sponges. As a result, I was unable to use the bed and spent the entire night sitting on the sofa instead of being able to sleep properly. I also did not feel comfortable using the shower or toilet in the condition they were in. I contacted the property directly to raise my concerns and request a resolution, but received no response. I subsequently contacted Booking.com, who contacted the property regarding my complaint. Liked We had a great stay here and location was ideal as we had other things planned in the immediate area. We booked very last minute (another place cancelled on us while checking in), but got checked in relatively quickly. We accidentally broke an item and it was handled with no issue.

Disliked Mini-oven instead of microwave. Not too big an issue, but microwave is listed as facility. Sofa-back needs more padding as a hard piece of wood across the length of the back makes it very uncomfortable.
