BALI RESIDENCE Next to ATLANTIS

Liked * the Child Pool is very interesting & provide many facilities for kids to play around * Owner was very kind & understanding coz supposedly i need to check out at 11am, but owner hv accepted & fulfilled my request to extend it until 12pm. * The rooms & toilet are clean & complete with the basic items for us to use it

Disliked For rooms, i'm suggest owner to provide; * proper or full mirror inside the bedroom (currently got small mirror in many pieces, but quite difficult to use it) * The sofa when seat, can feel their sofa frame..not comfortable when seat on it..hope can change the better one * hope owner can provide the hanging tools to hang the shirt after wash the shirt using the washing machine

Liked room very clean and good

Disliked facilities

Liked The swimming pool area was nice and the location was convenient. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor facilities and service.

Liked We had a nice and comfortable stay.

Liked The location is good.

Disliked The first apartment was dirty, so we had to change apartments on the first day, which was not ideal after travelling for over 24 hours. However, the next apartment was better, but having to give 3 days' notice to use the sauna was not ideal, especially when they didn't tell you that when booking.
