Balcony Cityscape III The Robertson Residence 41f

Liked Apartment is clean and well kept. Essential items were provided. Big bottles of drinking water were provided. Very responsive customer service. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Stunning views from the balcony, good place to relax and enjoy the view. Though not the cheapest, it is worth it.

Just the best apartment for value, location with views of the cityscape to amaze.

Liked Very comfortable apartment. Plenty storage, the washing machine a god send, large fridge. Liked that Daryl supplied lots of bottles of water so thoughtful. Large bottles full of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Really safe environment with security passes at entrance to building, at the entry point to lifts, the lifts themselves. Felt very secure. The absolute best thing was the balcony with the most amazing cityscape views day and the light show at night. Just amazing. Fantastic communication throughout and very very helpful information. We settled in right away. If you want a great value apartment with views to die for and outside space this is the place!!!!

Disliked Nothing of note although the Robertson Building should update the sunbeds around the main pool and a few chairs on the rooftop Observatory would be nice.

It was just amazing, I totally want to book it again if I visit Kuala Lumpur again

Liked It was excellent at all sides: 1. The instructions was clear 2. You live in good location like 10-20 minutes walk in any direction and you can reach attraction point 3. The host was very kind and always responded quickly to all questions. 4. Apartments had all you need (This is the first time I have seen a host provide washing powder, hair conditioner and even a nail file for use) 5. The shower has a powerful water pressure and the water is really hot when you turn on the hot water Also, there is enough space in the bathroom and shower and there is no feeling that you are locked in 6. The view from windows was magnificent 7. You are also provided with 3 different pillows to suit every taste, so that your head is definitely comfortable. 8. Facility has pool, fitness room, and jacuzzi on a roof (it also has gaming and film rooms, but I didn't check it, maybe you don't have access to it) 9. And for the bonus theres is paid Netflix and a big TV 10. All over the apartment there are various aromatic items and various decorations, which adds coziness

Disliked The balcony have a problem with a door, but host is already working on it, and I think after a few days it would fixed

Liked Great location and apartment. We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was super clean and neat. The owner was very friendly and accommodating 💯 We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in KL
