Liked 1) the bathroom drainage constantly smell of urine, so strong that even if after shower the smell still lingers. We had to close the toilet door to ensure the smell is contained in there. Im pretty sure changing of room doesnt help as its due to old piping issues. 2) Ants. You simply can't leave food lying around for it will very quickly invite ants. Ants in the toilet, tv console, table beside your bed. It's terrible. 3) no sound proofing to speak of, the room facing the main road has traffic noise that will keep you up all night. 4) Penang is a nice place for food but this hotel is a complete turn off for the price you are paying and the quality you get. I will never stay here or any hotel under the same group.

Great family stay.

Liked Very clean rooms and comfortable. A full size mirror would help guests a lot, nothing major but just a recommendation. Everything went smoothly and cozy.

Liked 一切都很好，就是靠近馬路的房間太吵，半夜兩點都還有店家的唱歌聲音
