Liked Great TV projector and bathroom (despite only having a curtain)

Liked Good location in the middle of Chinatown, friendly and helpful staff, the wifi was quite good, and the facilites were new and confortable. They had 24h front desk and I was able to check in at 4 am after a long bus ride

Disliked The wifi was good, but not very good for working (video calls were delayed)

Disliked I have rated this hotel poorly because of the disappointing after-service I received. I accidentally left some belongings behind and contacted the hotel on the same day to ask whether there was any way to have them collected or sent on to me. The only response I received was, “We do not provide a delivery service.” That was the extent of the assistance offered. Fortunately, the manager of my hotel in Ipoh was extremely helpful and immediately arranged for my belongings to be collected. While I understand that the hotel may not provide a delivery service, I was very disappointed by the lack of willingness to help or suggest any alternative solution. A little assistance and customer care would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed and has greatly affected my overall impression of the hotel
