AYAAN Comfy Homestay with FREE WiFi

Liked Wifi ok got Netflix .

Disliked I am very dissatisfied with my stay here. The entire house had a very unpleasant smell, including the pillows, mattresses, and bedrooms. The smell made it very uncomfortable for me and my child to sleep. We had no choice but to use our own travel blanket because the bedding was not suitable for us to use. Based on the condition of the house, it appeared as though someone had been living there for some time without proper cleaning or maintenance. I hope the host will take this complaint seriously and address these issues to ensure that future guests have a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. .

Liked I just like the location is strategic and many store like 7E KK mart and a lot of restraunt

Disliked The staff is unfriendly and i ask properly he like always want to mad at me. I'm customer and i just want my rights just it. Hope the management can do something because i paid Rm2++ for this kind of layanan? And too much rules and paling x make sense is tissue pun berkira if hbskan or gerakkan dr location charges Rm10 ? Other homestay we can use it berapa byk kita x because we already paid for it. Hope make an improvement. I know the management or staff just focus on just premium homestay yah. But please take care of all your homestay. Thank you

Liked Over all okay, bersih, tempat okay.

Disliked Wi-Fi tade… Sepatutnya homestay ada Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi dah tak ada, area situ line langsung tak ada….. Jadi nak communicate ke apa tak ada, saya pergi sana hal kerja, jadi anak duduk dengan maid, jadi rasa risau sentiasa Sebab tak dapat contact maid.

Liked Spacious and good value for money, staff are friendly.
