Disliked During a 4 night stay the room was not cleaned nor were towels changed or extra toilet roll provided. The lift sometimes had a long waiting time.

Value of money

Liked My first time in stay in axon. It was wonderful experience stay in axon. Self check in but the host was very supportive. He always care us. Room was clean with modern amenities. Flat TV, free Wifi, fridge and washing machine.

Liked Location was really great near to all attractive place. Easy to check in and check out process. Staff was supportive and response very quick.

Amazing property and location. Communication from the host was appalling.

Disliked Communication about mode of payment wouldve been really helpful. If you want only cash payment, it needs to be communicated better and then you overcharge in Aussie dollars and dont return the extra money you take. Daylight robbery. To be told last minute that you can leave if you dont have cash.

Liked The location is top, right on the Bukit Bintang. The view from the room is outstanding, as showed in the pictures.

Disliked The sheets and pillows had a few stains. It's a big building with a lot of people going in and out, so sometimes it takes a lot of time to wait for an escalator.
