Be mindful of the lifts.

Liked Location is excellent. Walking distance to Pavilion and other mega shopping malls.

Disliked The lifts. They are poorly calibrated. My advice - check-out or aim to leave the building before 9am then you will be fine. My family and I left the room at 1030am, and waited 30 mins together with another family just to get on the lifts. We met many frustrated families, who complained about the lifts.

Reasonable stay at heart of KL

Liked Location, high floor, clean room. Comfortable pillow. Comes with washing machine but couldn't find laundry soap.

Disliked Room too small for 4 pax. No satellite TV channel. Not so cheap compared to other rooms

A very good value resdience with excellent management staff.

Liked The room was very nice. The swimming pool and gmy facilities were excellent. The management staff were also excellent. When there was a problem they were very quick to respond. (blocked drain and faulty washing machine)

Disliked The location of the residence is good and close to the centre of KL/transport link but if you are travelling by car you can expect to spend a long time getting out of the immediate vicinity due to the one way system that circles the building. The residence is used not only by holiday makers but also workers and there was a lot of noise with people coming and going in the middle of the night and making noise above us so we often could not sleep.
