Liked Location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The host Sazib was very helpful and very responsive to our needs. Washing machine and dryer in apartment.
Disliked Pool was small and crowded. 1 bedroom was advertised as having 1 bed and a futon. But it was not big enough to accommodate a futon unless the bedroom door was left open and the occupants have to step over the futon.
Liked It was in a very good location and amenities were good
Disliked The lifts ! Long wait times
Liked The apartment is excellent value for money. It's very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us. The pool and gym are also really nice. The view from our room was incredible. Having a washing machine/dryer in the room was really helpful.
Disliked People are not kidding when they complain about the lifts. Everyone who signed off on the number of lifts when designing this building needs to be fired. There needs to be either at least 4 more lifts and/or a lift management system installed. We ended up either tweaking our plans to avoid peak lift times or taking the stairs from the 25th floor. The staff are also hilariously abrupt. The air conditioning is a bit average and the window in one of the rooms was broken and wouldn't close.

Disliked There’s a bad odour coming out from the kitchen so the whole apartment smells bad.
Liked Location and the swimming pool, you could see the Petrona Towers from there.
Disliked I understand that space is a premium in a big city but the apartment felt very small and not sure it is really big enough for 5 people to stay there comfortably. Sometimes the queue for the lift was very long as there are so many people staying there.
Liked The location and infinity pool
Disliked We paid for 2 double beds but on the first night we were given only one double bed. So we were then given an extra room which was great. But the next night, we had to relocate onto another level and into another room with one single bed and one double bed when we clearly paid for 2 double beds. There was always a line waiting for the lifts and lifts are always jam packed.
