Disliked Very disappointed. The room had not been cleaned before we entered. Towels are scattered around the bed and in the bathroom. Food residue on the TV shelf and on the floor (that means the floor had not been mopped). The face mask other guests used was also on the bed. Garbage is not thrown out. Supposed cleaner would arrive to clean the room at 9 p.m. but it was the opposite. After the cleaning, the towels were still in the room! Erghh

Liked I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Axon Bukit Bintang with GoMain. The staff was friendly, and the room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort. The location was perfect, with easy access. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation!
