Disappointing Stay – Needs Urgent Maintenance and Management Upgrades

Disliked We stayed in a water chalet, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below expectations. The entire property showing clear signs of aging and lack of upkeep. Check-in: Very slow process. We had to wait around 30 minutes despite three counters being manned. Room & Amenities: Our room key failed to scan due to a dead lock battery. Inside, the air conditioning unit was faulty and barely cooling (likely low on gas). Facilities: The swimming pool water was noticeably cloudy and didn't look well-maintained. Breakfast: Limited food options and slow service. Buffet trays were frequently empty while guests waited for refills, and the coffee machine was out of order. The only unique feature was seeing peacocks roaming freely around the property, though they do jump onto tables to eat leftover food. Overall, the resort has great potential, but it urgently requires proper management, maintenance, and facility upgrades to justify the stay.

Liked Its location is excellent.

Disliked The room maintenance has dropped drastically. I have been a guest for many years now. This time was not satisfactory. Room air con was not working because of a missing remote control. Water dripping in the bath shower. Garbage bins without disposal plastic. The room came without a study chair. Only upon request, it was sent. The breakfast range was limited and food quality has dropped.
