Liked We travel to Malaysia quite often for weekends and short holidays, but unfortunately, our stay over the National Day long weekend was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. **1. Very poor communication and a serious scam issue- only Ng Kai Xian more friendly and solve our clothing rack issue ** Before check-in, the response from the property management was extremely slow. During this period, I received a fraudulent message and unfortunately transferred money to a scammer. I was later informed by the property management that their system had been hacked and that several customers had transferred money to the scammer. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of timely response when I tried to verify the suspicious message. If the property management had responded promptly when I contacted them to check whether the message was genuine, I might have been able to avoid this situation. 2. The actual property was very different from the photos When we checked in, we were extremely disappointed. The house looked much older and was very different from what was shown in the photos on Booking.com. For a 4-day, 3-night stay, only one towel per person was provi

Clean and tidy place. Cool swimming pool.

Liked clean and tidy place. yes, comfortable to stay. very near to shops especially restaurants.

Disliked This homestay didn't provide drying rack, knife, hand towel, kain lap when we arrived there. The host finally provided what we needed. Sometimes, the staff was slow to make response, especially QR and refund issue.

Liked Everything is provided ie: Towels, shower gels, utensils, toilet paper, hair dryer and iron.

Disliked Location far from Mt Austin and city, traffic jam everywhere. Security was rude, aircon not cold. Bed has squeaking sound and is very uncomfortable to sleep in. Water purifier was disconnected too. The swimming pool is at least 1.5m deep and not suitable for kids.
