Disliked They had the worst management ever. The manager was not friendly and helpful and there is the regulation to pay RM200 for deposit, it was more than 80% charged for the deposit to the amount of the room and the refundment process takes too long!

Disliked Check in with broken refrigerator but we didnt update the agency directly as it is just a small issue but end up being blamed that we have broke the refrigerator. Ask for deposit refund but no reply for 2 days. This property did not provide any toilet paper, no carpet at outside of the toilet and even no shampoo. Location is good as it near the city.

Disliked My recent stay at "Austin 18" was plagued by two major issues. Firstly, I experienced a severe check-in delay because my booking was missed and no details were sent to me. I had to make an international roaming call to gain access. Secondly, the property was misleadingly advertised as an apartment but was actually a unit within an office building, a crucial detail that was omitted from your listing..imagine a door with a normal lock and an office glass door that can't be locked. To compound these issues, my attempts to seek support from Booking.com regarding these issues have been met with a complete and utter lack of responsiveness. It has been almost a week since I first contacted you, and I have not received even an acknowledgement of my complaint. This lack of customer service is deeply concerning and has only exacerbated my distress. So book via booking.com at your own risk.
