Liked Beds were dirty but comfortable, that about it.

Disliked Place was smelly due to excessive mold. There were LOTS of cockroaches. Appliances and equipment's provided were not in a state to be used at all. Bathroom showerhead was broken, even basic things such as hand wash, tissue were not provided. Towels were stinky and had hair in them. I paid for a superior flat and they gave me a standard flat. Also agent ignored all messages once we checked in. They got their money and didn't care about our concerns at all.

Liked Good location, good views, seems safe for solo travelers. They have 7 eleven shop on the 1 st floor which is comfortable. Rooms are really nice, comfortable, clean. Very pleasant space to live in, no smell etc. They have washing machine even if I didn’t use it. Overall it was nice, thank you!

Disliked Cockroaches. A lot of cockroaches. No adapter for 2 socket charger. You should keep it in mind. And general issue of Malaysian apartments is lack of a good ventilation system so it takes many hours to dry clothes.

Liked The host was extremely responsive. Check in was smooth. The location is central and walkable. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. There is a 24h convenience store in the building, which was indeed convenient. You have to pay separately for the pool and gym, but both were pretty good and very convenient.

Disliked The sofas in one unit were extremely uncomfortable. Please upgrade them. It would have been nice to have a few extra things (e.g. baby cot, high chair, basic food supplies such as oil and salt and pepper), but this is not a major complaint.
